SU-122-54 - 3 Marks of Excellence (WoT CT 9.18)

Image
Among my 4 Tier 9 tanks with 3MoE (SU-122-54, Jagdtiger, Ru 251 (was Tier 8 LT), T-54), I declare that SU-122-54 is the hardest one to get. MoE rose from 75% => 91% => 95%. The SU-122-54's shell speed is very slow, and it has no APCR shells which makes it very hard to snipe from afar. It does have great damage per minute, but making use of the damage per minute is extremely hard as you have only -4 degrees of gun depression and (+8, -8) gun traverse arcs. Although having great camouflage, it has the 2nd lowest HP of all the Tier 9 tanks (1530 HP). It is classified as a horrible tank to me. From 91% to 95%, there is so much frustration to push the marks up all the way. It took me roughly 100 battles to push up 4%.

100% MoE Jagdtiger

It is finally done. 3MoE at 204 battles, 100% MoE at 623 battles. Initially Jagdtiger was a pain to play, but I got used to the pain. The gun is so OP, but the platform that held the gun is so horrid. It almost never bounces premium ammunition from enemies thanks to the flat armour all around it. [ENG/JP] How To Play TD - Advice And Recommendations

Sniping is the general play style of TDs. But some TDs are terrible at sniping because their gun have mediocre accuracy, large aim reticle bloom, and small gun traverse angles especially French TDs like the "AMX AC 46" and "AMX AC 48". Other types of TDs like the "Jagdtiger" can push along with HTs and punish enemies that attempt to push into the allied area. To get the most out of the battle, A TD should not be limited to only sniping. It has to perform many roles, like passive scouting with binoculars equipment and flanking with medium tanks. But TDs should not hold the front lines for too long because they don't have rotating turrets and it can't retreat fast enough with extremely slow reverse speeds. Having no rotating turret means that more agil
