ISU-130 - 3 Marks of Excellence

Done in only 93 battles, one of the most difficult TDs for the 3rd mark. The ISU-130 proves that high armour penetration is not really necessary for 3 marks. Because many people fail to understand the unique playstyle of the ISU-130, the standards for the 3rd mark is one of the lowest in the game. The ISU-130 boasts solid camouflage and view range values, perfect for passive scouting in bushes. ISU-130's strongest point is its monstrous Damage Per Minute (DPM), at a whopping 3608 DPM with standard AP shells and 4197 DPM with premium AP shells. Having an 8 second reload time with 490 damage with standard AP shells and 570 damage with premium AP shells allows the ISU-130 to heavily punish and decimate enemies with high HP pools quickly. However, the ISU-130 has a very dark and unique weakness: Armour penetration values. Having only a maximum armour penetration value of 215mm and only AP shells makes the ISU-130 completely worthless against other HTs and some MTs. To compensate for this weakness, the 130mm gun has a strong enough caliber to over-match some angled armour. Having the similar ammunition system of the SU-100Y, players must be disciplined to know when to use standard AP shells and premium AP shells. The ISU-130 surprisingly has excellent gun stabilisation values and aim time, it is possible to shoot on the move and perform accurate snap shots on distant enemies. Premium AP shells have a marginally higher shell velocity than standard AP shells. Other weaknesses include a low HP pool, extremely sluggish mobility and terrible all round armour. The gun mantlet is very weak and a direct shot to the tracks will damage the armour.

General advice: Stay hidden, try to use standard AP shells more often. Only use premium AP shells if you know which enemy you are going to shoot. Take calculated risks, do not engage HTs in a head on brawl. Do not immediately shoot at spotted enemies, wait for the enemy to expose their side armour or their lower glacis. Use HE shells to scare highly armoured tanks.

This is my third Tier 10 tank with 3 marks. It was my dream vehicle to spend my time on since the early days that I started to play WoT. I researched the Object 268 four years ago and I sold it due to my poor ability to play with this tank. In 2018 and after the major buff, I bought it back to pursue my long lost dreams. It has decent armour and mobility, with a cannon that can be frustrating to use due to poor gun depression angles and long aim time. To compensate this, it has great accuracy, great damage per minute and monstrous AP (303mm), HEAT (395mm), and HE shells that are great for dealing high damage without the need to aim properly. The Object 268 has great camouflage and great view range when equipped with Coated Optics, Food and crew skills. M10 RBFM SIROCO - 3 Marks of Excellence

Done in 86 battles, has high standards compared to a typical tier 5 vehicle. At first glance, the M10 Wolverine looks similar to the M10 RBFM and therefore shares similar overall handling traits. The main highlight of the M10 RBFM is the gun, view range and the camouflage. The gun hits fast and hard, having enough DPM to overwhelm other MTs and some TDs. Although the gun fires at a blisteringly high rate, the shots tend to miss at medium to far distances. APCR shells are a godsend to the M10 RBFM as they have faster shell velocity and great penetration for a tier 5 TD, APCR shells are not really a necessity as AP shells already have decent penetration. Aim time and gun stabilisation is average. View range can surpass 450m with the standard MT equipment layout. Camouflage is insane, the M10 RBFM can abuse its camouflage for passive scouting and some amounts of active scouting when necessary.
